Our mechanical inspection of this HOWO tractor unit covered all major systems. The WD615.47 engine was compression-tested with all six cylinders within 5% variance from factory specification. The turbocharger was inspected for shaft play and found within service limits. Fuel injection pump timing is correctly set with clean injector spray pattern observed during bench test. The HW19710 transmission was road-tested through all gears with smooth engagement and no bearing noise. The clutch disc thickness was measured at 65% of new specification. The fifth-wheel coupling plate shows normal polished wear pattern with kingpin jaw locking mechanism operating correctly and securely. The rear suspension leaf spring packs are intact with no cracked leaves. All 10 tires have even wear patterns. The air dryer cartridge was replaced at the most recent service interval. Brake lining thickness measured at all wheel positions exceeds minimum service specification.
This tractor unit can be exported through Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off) carrier service with regular sailings from Chinese main ports (Shanghai, Tianjin, Qingdao, Lianyungang). For destinations not served by Ro-Ro lines, the tractor can be loaded into a 40-foot flat-rack container with the exhaust stack and mirrors temporarily removed and packed separately. Pre-shipment procedures include professional exterior steam cleaning, undercarriage pressure wash, removal of personal items from cabin, fuel tank drained to minimum level per dangerous goods regulations, and battery negative terminal disconnection. We provide a complete export document set: commercial invoice, detailed packing list, certificate of origin, and bill of lading.
