This compaction roller is suitable for Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off) shipping from Chinese main ports, being self-propelled and within standard Ro-Ro deck weight limits. For destinations not served by Ro-Ro carriers, the roller can be loaded onto a flat-rack container with minor preparation. Pre-shipment steps include: full machine pressure washing to remove dirt and residual asphalt; water sprinkler tank drained completely; fuel reduced to minimum safe level per IMO dangerous goods regulations; battery negative terminal disconnected; articulated frame joint locked in straight position with shipping pin; exposed hydraulic cylinder rods coated with anti-corrosion protective spray.
