This SANY SCC250TB crawler crane has received a thorough inspection encompassing structural, mechanical, hydraulic, and safety systems. The lattice boom chord members and lacings were visually inspected for straightness, corrosion, and weld integrity — no deformation or crack indications were identified. Boom pivot pins and boom foot connections were examined with no excessive wear measured by micrometer. The main hoist and boom hoist wire ropes were inspected over full length per ISO 4309 with no more than 3 broken wires in any single lay length. The hook block assembly was inspected for throat opening wear, swivel function, and safety latch operation — all passing. The crawler track chains, sprockets, idlers, and rollers show normal wear with track tension adjustment remaining within range. Hydraulic cylinders for boom hoist and luffing were checked with zero drift during a 20-minute static hold test at rated load. The rated capacity limiter and over-hoist limit switches were functionally tested and confirmed operational.
