This pre-owned XCMG XS333 compaction roller is a large single-drum vibratory roller designed for high-productivity compaction on large earthwork sites, mining tailings dam construction, and heavy infrastructure fill compaction. Powered by a 260HP Weichai WP10G260E301 Diesel diesel engine, this machine is configured for large earthwork high-productivity compaction and mine tailings work. The extra-heavy single smooth drum with high centrifugal output for deep effective compaction of thick fill layers. A pressurized water sprinkler system with multi-nozzle spray bar keeps the drum surface clean during asphalt rolling operations. The operator station features ergonomic controls with good visibility to the drum edges and working area. This unit has been maintained under a regular service program with documented oil changes, filter replacements, and vibration bearing inspections.

This XCMG XS333 roller was inspected at our workshop with the following findings: drum shell surface examined for flat spots, dents, and excessive wear — shell roundness measured within tolerance at three circumferential positions; vibration bearing housing temperatures monitored during a 25-minute dynamic run with temperatures remaining stable and within normal operating range; vibration shaft eccentric weights visually inspected through access cover with no evidence of cracking or loosening; hydrostatic drive pump and motor case drain flow measured to assess internal leakage — values below manufacturer service limit; articulated steering joint pins and oscillation bearing clearances checked with dial indicator measurement — within acceptable range; water sprinkler system tested confirming pump function, even spray pattern coverage across full drum width, and no leaks at hose connections or nozzle fittings; engine starts promptly, governor response is crisp, and no abnormal exhaust smoke observed; all gauges, warning indicators, and emergency stop switch functional.
This compaction roller is suitable for Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off) shipping from Chinese main ports, being self-propelled and within standard Ro-Ro deck weight limits. For destinations not served by Ro-Ro carriers, the roller can be loaded onto a flat-rack container with minor preparation.
