Blade Replacement
Prepare Your Space: Use a container for the old blade.
Unlock the Blade: Release the lock to free the blade from the handle.
Remove the Old SK5 Blade: Pull the blade out. Handle by the dull edge—SK5 steel is sharp!
Insert the New SK5 Blade: Align with the handle’s mechanism, slide in until it locks securely.
Test Stability: Extend and retract to check the lock. Ensure no wobbling.
Key Tips
Wear cut resistant gloves if needed, SK5 blade is sharp and can cause deep cuts.
Dispose of old blades in a puncture-proof container, and follow local waste rules.
Check for tightness, the loose blade is unsafe, need reposition if it sway.
Store properly, retract fully, lock, and keep in a dry place to prevent SK5 steel rust.
