The primary components are constructed from premium-grade stainless steel or carbon steel, while auxiliary parts are made of stainless steel or plastic-sprayed carbon steel—endowing the caps with exceptional compressive strength and superior corrosion resistance for prolonged service life. As a patented technical product, it features a rationally optimized structure, delivering outstanding sealing performance, hassle-free installation, and a 100% clamping success rate.

Key structural advantages include:

  1. Drum-Shaped Sealing End

    The sealing end is designed with a drum-shaped configuration, which provides a large force-bearing area, requires low applied pressure, and incorporates a thin-walled construction. This lightweight design reduces the fixture’s overall weight, facilitating convenient transportation and on-site installation.
  2. Serrated Clamping Interface

    The contact surface between the clamping frame and the test specimen is serrated, which significantly enhances clamping force and effectively prevents specimen slippage, ensuring a high operational success rate during testing.
  3. Leakage-Proof O-Ring Sealing

    The axial deformation of the O-ring seal is unaffected by the clamping force between frames, completely eliminating the risk of medium leakage.
