This series of sealing fixtures features A-type radial sealing and is crafted from precision-machined castings. Constructed from premium-grade stainless steel with auxiliary components also fabricated from the same material, the fixtures boast exceptional compressive strength and corrosion resistance for prolonged service life.
The sealing end adopts a drum-shaped configuration, which provides a large force-bearing area, requires low applied pressure, and incorporates a thin-walled construction. This lightweight design minimizes the fixture's overall weight, facilitating convenient transportation and on-site installation.
The contact surface between the clamping frame and the test specimen is serrated, which significantly enhances clamping force and effectively prevents specimen slippage, ensuring a high operation success rate during testing.
The axial deformation of the O-type sealing ring is unaffected by the clamping force between the frames, completely eliminating the risk of medium leakage. This design ensures outstanding overall sealing performance, alongside the benefits of easy assembly and disassembly.
