Overview
This specialized test system conducts long-duration internal pressure testing on pipes and pipe fittings by maintaining preset pressure intervals. The system automatically shuts down when test samples rupture or testing completes, with permanent storage of pressure variation curves and standardized test report printing.
Control logic utilizes pressure-charging and pressure-discharging solenoid valves for precise pressure stabilization through inching opening control. The equipment integrates core functions including automatic constant pressure maintenance, electrically driven pressure relief, system pipeline cleaning, and automatic calibration.
Featuring imported solenoid valves and patented sealing configurations, the unit delivers excellent sealing performance and extended service life when using clean water as the test medium. This highly automated, multi-functional testing machine offers cost-effective solutions for various pipe pressure test applications.

Automatically calculates effective and ineffective time parameters
After inputting pipe parameters (ring stress, wall thickness, average outer diameter) into the host PC, the system automatically computes test pressure. Data transfers to the lower computer (MCU embedded system) via RS232 serial port. The lower computer executes automatic constant-pressure control while the high-pressure pump supplies regulated fluid through high-pressure hoses to test specimens in the medium incubator, enabling long-term hydrostatic or burst testing.
