Working principle:
DN90mm 304 Stainless Steel Pipe Fitting End Closure
Factory-Direct DN90mm 304# Stainless Steel Pipe Fitting End Closures are specifically engineered for sealing test pipes made of PVC, PP and PE. High-temperature resistant silicone sealing rings are embedded in the seal grooves of the end caps, and the metal rings integrated with the end caps apply compression to the silicone sealing rings. The O-ring fulfills the sealing function through deformation induced by external pressure.

Specifically, this end closure comprises a base, a sealing ring, a pressing ring, and a clamp, forming a integrated sealing structure for pipe testing.

The DN90mm 304# Stainless Steel Pipe Fitting End Closure is mainly intended for sealing PVC, PE, PP-R, ABS and composite pipe specimens, catering to hydrostatic test, bursting test, negative pressure test and other relevant pipe testing scenarios.
