The core supporting components for the testing system include a semicircular base, sealing ring, pressure ring, clamp, fastening bolts, compression bolts, and vent valve—all engineered to ensure stable clamping and reliable sealing during pipe internal pressure testing.


Application:

These components serve as dedicated sealing assemblies for specimens of PVC, PE, PP-R, ABS, and composite pipes, facilitating a full spectrum of pipe performance evaluations including hydrostatic pressure testing, burst testing, and negative pressure testing.
