Simultaneously, via a serial bus, real-time control information is continuously fed back to the host PC, which completes the collection, sorting and storage of all test data in a synchronized manner.
The instrument is integrated with a comprehensive set of functional modules, including automatic pipe rupture detection, real-time test process monitoring, power-off data recovery, test report printing, test result storage, and sample pre-treatment parameter configuration. It operates on a Windows platform with intuitive menu prompts, enabling streamlined and user-friendly operation.
During testing, pressure and time parameters are dynamically displayed in real time, and a pressure-time curve is plotted point-by-point to visualize the pressure variation process clearly and intuitively. All test results are permanently saved to the hard disk in text format, allowing for on-demand printing at any time to facilitate future reference, data comparison and quality traceability.
