One complete cycle lasts for 30 minutes, split into a 15‑minute cold‑water circulation segment followed by another 15‑minute hot‑water circulation segment. These rigorous assessment criteria place stringent demands on test hardware regarding non‑stop continuous operation capability and consistent, reproducible performance output.

 

Custom‑engineered by our manufacturing plant for a reputable European brand, this test unit is fully constructed to satisfy European technical specifications. Extensive years of on‑site operation across European markets have verified its reliable track record free of technical malfunctions and quality‑related flaws.

 

Four primary functional sub‑assemblies make up the overall system: cold‑water exchange actuation module, hot‑water exchange actuation module, specimen test enclosure and industrial cooling chiller. It boasts sophisticated visual appearance, modular mechanical configuration, cutting‑edge control logic, dependable runtime performance, solid construction quality and an intuitive user‑centered operating interface.

 

Instrument Features:

Full Closed-Loop Control Architecture

Equipped with an imported full digital control system, this testing device achieves high-precision closed-loop pressure regulation for the entire pipeline testing circuit. During ongoing test procedures, the system automatically calibrates the operating status of main circulating pumps and regulating valves based on real-time collected data including fluid temperature, test duration and pipeline flow velocity. This intelligent adjustment maintains balanced and stable internal pressure across the whole testing system. The unique structural design successfully prevents water hammer risks during rapid switching between hot and cold water circulation modes, with overall operational performance exceeding the requirements of applicable national industry standards.
 

Intelligent Cycle-Transition Mechanism

The system control platform adopts real-time data monitoring covering sample pipeline inlet and outlet water temperature, liquid level status of cold and hot water tanks, as well as mode switching time parameters to achieve automatic system state adjustment. When completing cycle switching, the system precisely controls the return valves of dual water tanks to guide most cold water back to the cold water tank. The temperature difference between the cold and hot water tanks is strictly controlled within 3°C, effectively reducing overall energy consumption and realizing energy-saving operation during long-duration uninterrupted system testing.
 

Low-Noise Performance Enhancement

The test pipeline system is embedded with an independently developed water flow control component. This customized structural design effectively weakens operational noise generated by high-speed water flow scouring and friction inside the pipeline, delivering low-noise and stable test operating conditions.
 

High-efficiency Refrigeration Configuration

This system adopts premium imported industrial chillers as the core low-temperature cooling source. Adopting mature water-to-water cooling technology, the system optimizes the operating state of the compressor and keeps it running within the optimal working range at all times. This design not only significantly improves the overall refrigeration efficiency of the equipment but also effectively reduces unit operating loss and greatly extends the overall service life of industrial chillers.
