Operating Principle
Operators input parameters (pipe ring stress, wall thickness, average outer diameter) via industrial PC. The system autonomously computes test pressure and transmits data to embedded MCU system through RS232 interface.
High-pressure pump provides stable liquid source for automatic constant-pressure loading. Pressure media are delivered to pipe specimens in constant-temperature incubator via high-pressure hoses for long-term hydraulic endurance tests and instantaneous pipe burst tests.
