Technological superiority:
● Developed exclusively for plate bending tests, this machine features a main frame structured with three cylinders and six columns. It delivers ample internal testing space alongside a streamlined overall layout, facilitating the implementation of diverse test procedures.
● The unit operates steadily throughout the whole process, generating no mechanical vibration or impact force.
● Equipped with electro-hydraulic servo control system, it achieves a high level of intelligent operation. Operators only need to input material parameters, and a single-key command will run the entire testing sequence automatically.
● The spoke load sensor is adopted to capture and monitor real-time bending force during operation.
● The system is capable of calculating and adjusting the spacing between supports and rollers automatically based on preset parameters. Its precise positioning eliminates the manual work and time spent on adjusting bending supports, which greatly boosts overall operational efficiency.
● The dedicated test display keeps real-time track of bending angle, bending displacement and bending force. It enables one-step completion of V-type and U-type bending tests for steel plates and welded plates. The system can plot Angle-displacement curves as well as vertical force-Angle curves, while supporting local data storage and automatic report printing.
● Users can set time intervals between cycles to conduct continuous bending tests, and the machine also supports batch testing according to on-site requirements.
● It is equipped with comprehensive protection functions covering both software and hardware. A protective sliding door fitted with an observation window is installed for safety. The lower beam of the frame is designed with a cleaning port and a pull-out drawer for collecting oxide scale.
● Combining hydraulic loading technology with microcomputer control system, the machine first bends specimens to a designated angle via the vertical main piston. Afterwards, two opposing horizontal pistons further bend the samples to the target angle, realizing one-step testing for bending angle up to 180 degrees.
● Multiple built-in automatic self-diagnosis functions can actively detect abnormal conditions including overvoltage, overcurrent and overtemperature. Corresponding automatic alarm and protective measures will be activated once faults occur.
● The bending head can be individually configured to meet personalized application demands (users may provide customized specifications for the bending head). Besides, the pressure head can be detached and replaced easily and rapidly.
