The piezoelectric ceramic atomizer generates high-frequency resonance oscillation of 1.7MHz or 2.4MHz when activated by electrical energy signals. This oscillation throws water from the surface to create natural floating mist without heating or chemical agents. The resulting water mist contains abundant air anions and moisture, increasing air humidity and purifying fresh air for natural, fresh, moist, and comfortable breathing.
The surface of the piezoelectric ceramic for atomizing is manufactured using high-temperature sintering sealing glass glaze at 700-800°C. This construction provides bright appearance, strong acid and alkali resistance, and a lifetime exceeding 5,000 hours. Our atomizing film features stable performance, small fog particles, large atomization capacity, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and extended service life.
