Roller Construction
Rollers feature Japanese high-quality transparent polyurethane (PU adhesive) with excellent elasticity and wear resistance. Hardness customizable between 45-50 degrees, resistant to industrial alcohol. Coupling device uses high-quality anti-vibration coupling with Japan NSK bearings. Speed controlled by Taiwan Taida frequency converter (2-10M/min).
Roller System Details
Roller Configuration: Includes 1 mirror roller and 1 grinding roller
Metering Wheel: Constructed from seamless steel tube with CO² welding, tempered treatment, fine grinding surface with pulsation less than 0.02mm. Features 60 mesh concave plate via high-precision laser engraving. Direct insert connection transmission with Japan NSK bearings. Speed controlled by Taiwan Delta frequency converter (2-15M/min).
Anti-grain Wheel: 45# seamless steel tube with CO² welding, quenching treatment, fine grinding surface with runout less than 0.03mm. Hard chrome plated and polished to bright finish. Direct insert connection transmission with Japan NSK bearings. Speed controlled by Taiwan Delta frequency converter (2-15M/min).
Precision Control: High-precision linear sliding table between coating head and frame ensures rigidity and precision. Electronic eye controls roller-coated plate thickness with 0.1mm precision.
Safety Features: Emergency stop switch with thick plate protection. Coating head rises during emergency stops to enhance safety.
Control System: PLC and human-machine interface control using Mitsubishi series. Features manual and automatic modes with line speed control within 0.01M precision.
