Our high-capacity 24-station rotary spin coating line is engineered for mass production of waterproof and oil-proof food containers, such as clamshells, plates, and bowls. The spin coating technology ensures a uniform, thin internal coating on complex 3D shapes, achieving complete coverage with minimal material usage. The multi-stage drying system ensures thorough curing without deformation of the pulp substrate.
