This UV curing machine instantly dries and cures UV varnishes, inks, glues, and coatings on various substrates including paper, plastic, wood, glass, metal, and electronics. Q1: Can you customize the curing width for a 150mm product?
A: Yes. We fully customize conveyor width from 100mm to 2000mm, including lamp length matching.
Q2: Which is better for plastic film – LED or mercury?
A: LED UV is better because it emits almost no infrared heat, avoiding film deformation. Both types are customizable.
Q3: Can this machine cure dark or black UV ink?
A: Yes, but high-power mercury lamps or specific 395nm LED with high irradiance are recommended. We can customize lamp configuration accordingly.
