Unlike large industrial coaters, this machine occupies minimal floor space (approx. 1.5 m × 0.8 m) yet delivers the same double‑roller precision coating technology. It is ideal for coating small metal sheets, wood samples, composite coupons, and decorative panels up to 600 mm wide.
The machine features a manual gap adjustment system with a digital micrometer readout, allowing operators to quickly set the metering and application gaps from 0 to 5 mm with 0.01 mm resolution. The application roller is available in multiple hardness options, and the entire roller set can be swapped out in minutes for different coating materials.

A2: Standard rollers are designed for 50-2000 cP. For high‑viscosity adhesives, we can customize the roller design (larger diameter, different groove pattern) and use a heavier‑duty application roller. Please contact us with your viscosity range.
Q3: How do I clean the machine after using solvent‑based coatings?

A5: No. The compact model runs on standard single‑phase 110V or 220V, making it suitable for any laboratory or small workshop.
