Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Can I send my own pattern design?
A: Yes. We accept AI, CDR, DXF, or even physical sample. The pattern roller is 100% customizable based on your artwork.
Q2: What materials cannot be embossed?
A: Very brittle materials (thick glass, hard ceramic) or stretchy thin film without backing. For difficult materials, we offer customizable backing layer attachment.
Q3: How deep can the embossing be?
A: Standard depth 0.1-1.5 mm. For deeper embossing (up to 3 mm), we provide customizable coarse pattern rollers and increased pressure system.
