The UV102 is a compact tabletop curing system designed specifically for experimental research and small-batch production. It features a PTFE conveyor belt with stepless speed adjustment (0-10 m/min), forced air cooling to prevent substrate deformation, and independent lamp control for operational flexibility.
Working principle: UV light (365nm peak wavelength) activates photoinitiators in the coating/adhesive, generating free radicals that trigger polymerization, converting liquid materials to solid state in seconds.
