This customizable sterilizer is designed for thermal or chemical sterilization of food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and laboratory products to eliminate pathogenic microorganisms and extend shelf life. Available in tunnel pasteurizer, UHT liquid sterilizer, and steam autoclave configurations.

The system is fully customizable in belt width, capacity, temperature range, sterilization time, and control logic. Tunnel pasteurizers use hot water spray to gradually heat packaged products to 65-95°C, holding at pasteurization temperature for a set time before cooling. UHT sterilizers process liquid products at 138-140°C for 2-10 seconds, effectively killing bacteria while preserving nutritional content. Autoclaves use saturated steam at 105-137°C under pressure for terminal sterilization of labware, vials, and medical devices.
