Product Description
This customizable protective film laminating machine is designed for applying protective films (PE, PET, PVC, etc.) onto various substrates to prevent scratches, dust, and damage during production, storage, and transportation. Available in sheet-fed, roll-to-roll inline, and lamination-slitting integrated configurations. The system is fully customizable in working width, laminating speed, film types, and automation level.
The machine applies pressure-sensitive adhesive films or hot-laminated films onto clean, dry, flat surfaces. It can be installed as a standalone unit or integrated into an existing production line with seamless synchronization. The automatic film cutting system enables continuous production without manual intervention, trimming excess film at the sheet edge with micron-level accuracy.
