Product Overview
This customizable UV sterilizer uses germicidal UV-C (254 nm) radiation to destroy bacteria, viruses, and molds on product surfaces without heat or chemicals. Available in tunnel, flatbed, and rotary configurations. The system is fully customizable in belt width, number of lamps, lamp arrangement, and exposure length. Ideal for food packaging, medical devices, cosmetic jars, and laboratory tools. PLC control allows customizable belt speed and automatic lamp dimming based on product height.
