High-Transparency UV Adhesive for TPU Film Transfer, Decoration & Functional

UV TPU Transfer Adhesive is a one-component, UV-curable transparent adhesive specially developed for TPU transfer film lamination and decorative transfer applications. It provides outstanding adhesion between TPU films and various substrates while maintaining excellent flexibility, optical clarity, weather resistance and long-term durability.

Designed for high-speed production lines, the adhesive cures within seconds under UV LED light, significantly improving manufacturing efficiency while reducing VOC emissions and energy consumption.

It is widely used in automotive interiors, consumer electronics, decorative panels, wearable products, household appliances and premium packaging industries. • Store in black light-proof syringes / pails, keep away from natural sunlight and UV light to avoid premature curing.
• Recommended storage temperature: 10°C - 28°C, cool & dry warehouse, far from heat sources.
• Unopened original package shelf life: 12 months; finish using within 1 month once opened, seal tightly and shade from light.

• Contains acrylate photosensitive monomers. Wear safety goggles and nitrile gloves during operation to avoid direct skin & eye contact.
• In case of skin contact: wash thoroughly with running water and soap. If splashed into eyes, flush with large amounts of clean water and seek medical treatment immediately.
• Keep production workshop well ventilated, avoid long-term exposure to concentrated glue vapor.
• Non-edible, store out of reach of children.
• Fully cured film is non-irritating and non-volatile, safe for contact with electronic parts and human hands.
