Hydrolyzable UV Adhesive is a clear, amber transparent UV-curable adhesive for the temporary fixing and protection of glass wafers. It has strong flow for easy coating and, once UV cured, holds the wafer firmly during grinding, thinning and processing. After processing, it can be hydrolyzed and washed away in warm water, so it peels off easily with no residue and no secondary contamination.
