The whole line is made of the multi-speed chain line, which mainly includes module assembly, module heating, pressurization and standing, tab bending and rolling, tab welding, FPC welding, post-welding visual inspection, insulation withstand voltage testing, weighing, and size detection.
 
Equipped with a 1500W/2000W single-mode continuous laser and high-power galvanometer, it can achieve high welding efficiency and stable welding quality. The whole line efficiency is 24PPM, which is suitable for the production of pouch HEV, PHEV, and other modules.
