KF Compressible Bellows Connections are engineered expansion compensators designed to absorb axial compression, lateral deflection, and angular movement in rigid piping systems. Unlike standard flexible hoses, these bellows feature a convoluted metallic or elastomeric structure that compresses linearly under thermal expansion or mechanical vibration. The “KF” standard ensures compatibility with vacuum and low-pressure industrial systems, including semiconductor fabrication, HVAC circuits, and chemical processing lines. Manufactured with precision-formed bellows and end fittings (flanged, threaded, or quick-clamp), KF Compressible Bellows Connections provide a leak-tight yet axially movable joint. They extend equipment life by eliminating stress on fixed pipe supports, pumps, and valves.
High Compression Capacity: Axial travel up to 25% of free length (standard) and 40% for extended-stroke designs.
Multi-Ply Construction: 2–5 layers of stainless steel (AISI 304/316L) or reinforced elastomer for burst resistance and flexibility.
Temperature Extremes: Operate from -196°C (LN2) up to +650°C with Inconel or high-grade stainless alloys.
