Low-Temperature Sputtering Design: Controls substrate temperature at 60-120°C by adjusting sputtering power and target-substrate distance to prevent plastic deformation or aging.
Multi-Target Compatibility: Supports metal targets (aluminum, chromium, titanium), alloy targets (stainless steel), and compound targets (ITO transparent conductive, TiO₂ wear-resistant) for single-layer or multi-layer composite coating.
Substrate Pretreatment: Integrated plasma cleaning module removes oil and impurities from plastic surfaces, improving film adhesion with peel strength ≥5N/25mm.
