The detailed workflow of the UV line is:

loading area → brush dust removal → spray gun dust removal → automatic pressing device to compact the workpiece onto the UV line → brush dust removal → electrostatic dust removal 1 → flame treatment → electrostatic dust removal 2 → PP water → primer spraying 1 → primer spraying 2 (optional) → primer leveling → IR preheating → UV curing → transfer the workpiece from the UV line to the bracket of the PVD machine → PVD aluminum film coating → transfer the workpiece from the PVD bracket back to the UV line → electrostatic dust removal 3 → midcoat spraying (optional) → topcoat spraying → IR preheating → UV curing → unloading → quality inspection → packaging

  2. It can be widely applied to UV painting of materials such as plastic, metal, glass ,ceramic and other substrate.
  3. Complete assembly line painting system, flame treatment room,electrostatic dust room,UV automatic painting room, Infrared preheating leveling, UV curable ,cooling air chamber.
  4. Automatic painting technology, equipped with automatic spray gun.
  5. It could greatly reduce the proliferation of paint mist pollution.
  6. Auto chain type design can flexibly carry out the line body planning and installation.
  7. Entirely new human-machine interface design,PLC automatic control system and simple operation .
  8. Reasonable arrangement of infrared heating, the hole point of UV curing layout .

  1. Length :Customized length, single painting with single baking,double spray painting with double baking.
  2. Rotor chain: frequency adjustable transmission chain.
  3. Electrostatic dust precipitation: independent automatic electrostatic precipitation chamber and equipped with 6 electrostatic precipitation gun.
  4. Flame treatment: multiple flame treatment gun, improve the adhesion.
  5. Automatic painting: independent automatic spray chamber.t
  6. Infrared leveling: infrared pre-heat-flux bake length with accurate calculation with adjustable temperature.
  7. UV curing:equipped with multiple high power UV light ,whole point of UV curing device.
  8. Air purge: adopt high-efficiency filter.
  9. Electrical control: adopt PLC fully automatic control system.
