Introduction
Structure:

The core of this equipment consists of a feeding unit, a coating core unit (such as an evaporation unit or a plasma cleaning unit), a transmission unit, and a material receiving unit. Some high-end models are also equipped with auxiliary modules such as precise temperature control and liquid atomization.


Workflow:

1.the plasma cleaning module is used to remove oil stains and impurities on the surface of the roll-shaped substrate, and the substrate surface is activated to enhance the adhesion of the film layer.


2.the AF anti-fingerprint liquid is evenly deposited on the surface of the substrate through evaporation or spraying to form a nano-film layer.


3.after drying and curing treatment, the material receiving unit completes the winding.


Features
Automation and continuous operation:

Relying on the integrated design of material discharge, transmission and material collection, it can achieve uninterrupted coating processing of roll-shaped substrates. For example, some models can operate continuously in the processing of roll-shaped optical films without the need for frequent equipment start-up and shutdown to change substrates. It is also equipped with double-row plasma cleaning, automatic spraying and other devices to reduce manual intervention.


Precise and controllable coating capability:

Utilizing imported high-pressure nano-atomizing nozzles and other components, it can precisely control the amount of sprayed medicine and the thickness of the film layer. For some equipment, the deviation of the film layer thickness can be controlled within ±3%, and the thickness of the sprayed film can be stably maintained within 10nm. It can also adapt to the coating requirements of roll-shaped substrates of different thicknesses by adjusting parameters such as plasma output power and coating temperature.


Strong adaptability:

The transmission system can be adapted to roll-shaped substrates of different widths. For instance, some models support the processing of roll materials with widths ranging from 0 to 800mm.


Environmental protection:

Environmentally friendly processes are widely adopted, with no harmful gases or wastewater discharged. Some processes reduce the waste of liquid medicine through plasma technology, meeting the standards of green production.


Advantages
High production efficiency and controllable cost:

It only takes 15 to 30 seconds to coat a single substrate, and the daily output can reach 1,000 to 2,000 pieces, far exceeding the traditional manual coating method. Continuous operation reduces the time cost of substrate replacement and equipment debugging. Meanwhile, precise control of the liquid medicine can save about 10% of the nano-coating agent and lower the consumption of consumables.


The coating quality is stable and reliable:

 Plasma pretreatment can reduce the contact Angle of the substrate surface to below 8°, forming a strong chemical bond between the film layer and the substrate, significantly enhancing the wear resistance of the film layer. After 3,000 wear resistance tests under a 1Kg load, the water contact Angle of the film material treated by it can still be maintained above 105°, which is far superior to the wear resistance performance of traditional immersion and manual coating processes.


Reduce labor and maintenance costs:

The entire production line usually only requires 1-2 operators to manage, significantly reducing labor input. Moreover, some of the equipment has a stable structure and is equipped with standardized maintenance procedures, which reduces the frequency of malfunctions. Some manufacturers also offer free maintenance services for the equipment, further lowering the cost of later maintenance.


Application
In the field of consumer electronics:

This is a core application area where roll-shaped PET protective films for mobile phones and tablet computers, as well as flexible display base materials, can be coated. After treatment, the film materials, when adhered to the screen, can reduce fingerprint adhesion and enhance touch smoothness. It can also be used for coating the roll-shaped optical film on smartwatches to ensure the screen is wear-resistant and has a clear display.


In the automotive and optical fields:

 It is used for coating roll-shaped protective films on automotive central control screens and rearview mirrors, reducing the adhesion of oil and dust in in-vehicle scenarios while enhancing the scratch resistance of the film material. In the field of optics, AF coating can be applied to the base materials of roll-shaped optical lenses and the roll-shaped protective films of camera lenses, combined with AG anti-glare coating, to enhance the optical performance and service life of the lenses.


Semiconductors and other fields:

It can precisely coat roll-shaped insulating films in semiconductor manufacturing, meeting the requirements for nanoscale films in chip manufacturing. It can also be applied to the production of roll-shaped protective films for portable instruments and indoor touch displays, endowing the film materials with the characteristics of anti-fouling and easy cleaning.
