TECHNICAL CONFIGURATION
1.Chamber structure:vertical front door structure,rear vacuum system,material for vacuum chamber adopts high quality SUs304stainless steel.
2.Arc source:equipped with multiple sets multi-arcpower according to the size of machine.
3.Multi-Arc target: equipped with multiple sets of titanium or stainless steel target as standard configuration.
4.Rotating system:Planetary rotation and revolution,frequency control.
5.Vacuum system: Diffusion pump(molecular pump is optional)+Roots pump +Mechanical pump +Rotary vane pump(cryogenic pump is optional).
6.Gas control: multi way sevenstar mass flowcontroller.
7.Bias Power Supply: Single-stage pulse bias powersupply.
8.Heating system:Controllable and adjustable from room temperature to 350℃ system(PID temperature control).
9.control mode:manual operation+semiautomatic+automatic Integraton screen HMI+PLC.
