Equipment Overview
This fully automatic heating wire evaporation coating equipment performs metal coating on plastic and glass surfaces while directly applying an oxide protective film (SiOx) over the plated metal film. The process occurs entirely within the vacuum chamber through automated stages including low vacuum exhaust, electric arc bombardment pretreatment for surface activation, high vacuum exhaust (10-5 Pa), aluminum evaporation coating, and anti-oxidation film coating to prevent aluminum film oxidation and detachment.

Suitable for stainless steel, glass, plastic, automotive lamps, car accessories, car logos, hubs, and various industrial components.
Evaporation coating machines operate in vacuum environments, heating coating materials to evaporate and form gaseous atoms/molecules that deposit on substrate surfaces to form thin films. As a classic Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) technology, evaporation coating differs significantly from sputtering and arc ion plating in performance, cost, and application.

Direct material heating enables faster deposition rates for low-to-medium melting-point materials, making evaporation ideal for high-volume production of decorative and functional films. These systems feature simpler components with lower initial purchase costs and reduced maintenance requirements. Additionally, evaporation can be operated at lower substrate temperatures, making it suitable for coating heat-sensitive materials.
