TECHNICAL CONFIGURATION
Chamber structure: vertical front door structure, rear vacuum system, material for vacuum chamber adopts high quality SUs304 stainless steel.
Arc source: equipped with multiple sets multi-arc power according to the size of machine.
Multi-Arc target: equipped with multiple sets of titanium or stainless steel target as standard configuration.
Rotating system: Planetary rotation and revolution, frequency control.
Vacuum system: Diffusion pump(molecular pump is optional)+Roots pump +Mechanical pump +Rotary vane pump(cryogenic pump is optional).
Gas control: multi way sevenstar mass flow controller.
Bias Power Supply: Single-stage pulse bias power supply.
Heating system: Controllable and adjustable from room temperature to 350℃ system(PID temperature control).
control mode: manual operation+semiautomatic+automatic Integraton screen HMI+PLC.
APPLICATION
vacuum multi-arc ion coating machine can coat film on the surface of metal, ceramic and other material substrate. It is widely use in coating stainless steel display rack, handles, plumbing hardware etc, the best choice to replace traditional electro plating.
The main coated film such as: ions of gold, silver, titanium nitride, titanium carbide, zirconium nitride, titanium aluminum, chromium nitride and other functional metal film, the products coated by ion coating machine can improve hardness, wear resistance, anti-corrosion and looks more beautiful.
