3.2 Precise Temperature Control
Jacketed mixing tank with dual heating/cooling functions:
Heating: Suitable for melting waxes (e.g., beeswax in body butters) or dissolving solid ingredients (e.g., surfactants in liquid soap) at controlled temperatures.
Cooling: Rapidly lowers the temperature of emulsified mixtures to avoid heat-sensitive ingredient (e.g., vitamin E, herbal extracts) degradation.
