Insulating oil filtration machine is used in power plants, power stations, power companies, metallurgy, petrochemical, railway, and other industrial and mining enterprises to purify unqualified electrical insulating oil. It can also be used for vacuum pumping and vacuum drying of electrical equipment.

Sino-SNH double-stagE high vacuum equipment is used to decrease total water content (ppm) and gasses present in transformer oil.
A highly efficient dual-stage vacuum system with a vacuum chamber is an ideal solution for dehydration and gas removal.
Water content is decreased to less than 5 ppm. Total gas content is reduced to less than 0,1%. Breakdown voltage is improved above 75kV.

The Purpose of Transformer Oil Filtration
It is to remove moisture, gas, and impurities in the transformer oil, improve the electric strength of the oil, protect the paper insulation in the oil, and also improve the physical and chemical properties.
Precautions of Sino-NSH Vacuum Insulating Oil Purifier
1. The ambient temperature of the machine should be within the range of -25 to 45°C.
2. The altitude of the site will directly affect the vacuum of the machine, the higher the altitude, the lower the vacuum (negative value).
3. The oil to be treated should not be too dirty (that is, there are too many impurity particles in the oil), otherwise, it must be fully filtered with other filtering equipment (such as the plate and frame oil filter produced by our factory) to avoid affecting the degassing of the oil machine Efficiency or clogged filter elements affect the life of the oil machine.
