The moisture, gas, impurities and volatiles in the oil (such as alcohol, gasoline, ammonia, etc.) restore the viscosity, flash point and service properties of the oil.The treated lubricating oil has low emulsification value, little water content and high impurity accuracy, which can be reused repeatedly in high precision hydraulic lubrication equipment at home and abroad.Suitable for petroleum, chemical, mining, metallurgy, electric power, transportation, machinery manufacturing, railway and other industries of all kinds of lubrication purification regeneration treatment.

Working principle
When the oil filter is working, the polluted oil enters the heater through the entrance under the action of vacuum suction under the external atmospheric pressure. The heated oil enters the primary filter, and the large particles of impurities are filtered out. Then the oil enters the vacuum separator and flows through the special divergent device.The divergent device creates a large surface area per unit volume of oil, exposing the contaminated oil to an atmosphere with very low relative humidity, thereby removing water, air and gases from the oil.The mixed gas formed by evaporated water vapor and gas condenses into liquid through the water tank and cooler, and enters the water reservoir together, and the remaining gas is extracted by vacuum.The removed moisture oil is fed into the fine filter by the exhaust pump to remove particulate impurities, that is, the purified oil. A purification process is completed. According to the amount of water content, the water can be completely removed through several cycles.
