High-speed disc centrifuge for removing water, sludge and fine solids from diesel fuel, marine fuel and lubricating oil.
The Disc Centrifugal Separator series is especially designed for the oil industry for the purification and recycling of liquid oil. This series is designed to overcome the harmful effects of oil contaminants, water and solid particles from fuel oil, lubricating oil and other mineral oil in marine engine unit and land generator unit of power station so as to reduce wear of diesel engine and other machine, and prolong the serving life. The model is also used to separate two unsolvable liquids with different specific gravity or remove small amount of solid particle from liquid.

Can CPA-1000 remove emulsified water?
CPA-1000 can remove free water and part of emulsified water. The final performance depends on oil type, viscosity, temperature and contamination condition. Please send oil sample data for confirmation.
Is heating necessary?
Heating is recommended for high-viscosity fuel oil and lubricating oil to improve separation efficiency.
Can the separator run continuously?
Yes. The system can be configured for continuous operation. PLC control and automatic sludge discharge are available as options.
What information is needed for quotation?
Please provide oil type, viscosity, required capacity, water content, solid contamination level, power supply and installation location.
How long is the delivery time?
Standard models can be prepared quickly; final delivery time depends on configuration and optional accessories.
