NSH GED with vacuum distillation technology and complete sets of system is researched & developed and manufactured independently by Sino-NSH Oil Purifier Manufacture Co., Ltd. GED is a system equipment with high-tech content. This technology optimizes the traditional pre-treatment process, abandoned the traditional sulfuric acid refining process, greatly reduces the equipment cost and the high pollution auxiliary material cost of the product realization process as well as reduces the investment of the environmental protection equipment.It is a new generation high technology of waste oil regenerating and recovery.
The recovery rate of GED can be above 85-95%, besides, it has features of low cost, environmental and energy-saving. The waste lubricant oil recycling is not only renew the waste oil, but also reduce the pollutants. Application
NSH GED Vacuum Distillation System is able to regenerate a variety of waste oil: engine oil, transformer oil,motor oil, car oil, lubrication oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil, washing oil, Ship marine oil, etc. Specialized not only one single type of oil, but also mixed waste/used black dirty oil. After the distillation treatment, vacuum treatment and regeneration treatment through GED system, you can get high quality diesel, and a small amount of gasoline.
