Vacuum Lubrication Oil Purifier Characteristics:
1. Vacuum oil filter is also called vacuum efficient oil filter, oil filter, vacuum clean oil machine.
2. Using vacuum oil inlet, a tubular rotary injector is installed to reduce the resistance, speed up the rotation, and increase the oil and gas separation effect.

The Reason of Contamination:
1. Transformer oil under the action of thermoelectric field, oil and oxygen contact is gradually oxidized into various oxides and acids, alcohols and other forms of insoluble gum.
2. Due to the leakage of the system, the seal is not strict, the oil is in heat load for a long time, and the open oil storage and other reasons, the water and gas in the air settle in the oil, resulting in water and gas in the oil.
50kw Vacuum Lubrication Oil Purifier Description:
1. Sino-NSH-LV is a dehydration and degassing unit with thermal and vacuum processing. It is a multifuncational purifier which can treat various kinds of lubricant oils.
2. Sino-NSH-LV is mainly used to remove dissolved and fee water,and particulate impurities effectively so as to increase special indexes of lubricant oil. Combining with vacuum system, the multi-stage filtration system adopts a high dehydration efficiency,it has a strong anti-emulsifying capability, which could separate the large amount of water from oil and trace water from oil. The clearness of final oil can be under 6 NAS and water can be under 100PPM after processing with our machine.
3. Sino-NSH-LV maintains an optimized structure and safe controls so as to meet comprehensive requirements of transformer manufacturers and service companies.
