1. Function
Sino-NSH vacuum oil filter is used to filter the insulating oil in the transformer. It removes moisture, gas, and impurities in the oil efficiently through degassing, dehydration, and precision filtration, and improves the voltage characteristics of the transformer insulating oil.
2. Features
Ultimate Degassing and Dehydration: Dual-stage vacuum (Roots pump + rotary vane pump), micro-water ≤5ppm, gas content ≤0.1%.
Deep Purification: Removes free water and strips away dissolved water, significantly improving the pressure resistance of a single filtration.
Low-Temperature Protection: Boiling dehydration without high-temperature heating prevents oil cracking and aging, protecting oil lifespan.
High Efficiency and Energy Saving: High-speed Roots pump increases processing efficiency by over 30%, resulting in lower energy consumption per ton of oil processed.
High Voltage Applicable: Designed specifically for transformers with voltage levels of 220kV and above, meeting UHV grid connection standards.
Multi-functional Integration: One machine integrates multiple functions including water removal, degassing, impurity removal, oil heating, oil conveying, hot oil circulation, and vacuum drying.
Multi-stage Filtration: A progressively denser filtration structure intercepts impurities layer by layer, from coarse to fine, effectively filtering out fine particles.
Highly Automated: Features automatic temperature control, liquid level linkage adjustment, intelligent interlock protection for oil pumps, heaters, vacuum pumps, and Roots pumps, and one-button start/stop.
Mobile Application: Equipped with a roadworthy trailer and rainproof cover, suitable for field construction sites and cross-regional mobile operations.
Real-time Monitoring: Equipped with multiple instruments displaying pressure, temperature, vacuum, etc., providing a clear overview of the operating status.

3. Main Components
Vacuum System: Roots pump (main pump) + rotary vane pump (backing pump), two-stage series connection, ensuring high vacuum.
Heating System: Thermostatically controlled heater, stainless steel heating element, rapid heating and long service life.
Filtration System: Multi-stage filter (coarse filter + fine filter), progressively denser filters, effectively intercepting impurities and particles.
Condensation System: Water-cooled or air-cooled radiator, recovers moisture from the oil, reducing the load on the vacuum pump.
Separation System: Three-dimensional spray/film degassing structure, increasing the oil-liquid contact area and improving dehydration and degassing efficiency.
Electrical Control System: Intelligent control cabinet, integrating temperature control, liquid level control, and pump valve interlock protection functions.
Tank Components: Vacuum separation tank and oil storage tank, made of high-quality carbon steel or stainless steel.
Pipeline Valves: Oil-resistant pipelines and ball valves/butterfly valves, controlling oil flow direction and on/off.
Frame and Housing: Integral steel structure base, robust and durable. Instrumentation: Vacuum gauge, pressure gauge, thermometer, and level gauge provide real-time monitoring of operating parameters.
Water Drainage System: Automatic/manual drain valves periodically discharge separated condensate.
