High Efficient Insulation Oil Purifier Oil Purification For Transformer Oil Double Stage
VFD series transformer (insulation) oil regeneration equipment product used for purification and regeneration of insulating oil.used in power transmission and transformation equipment. It can quickly remove moisture, gas and impurity in oil, remove acid, decolorize, reduce dielectric loss, improve the compressive strength and oil quality of insulating oil, and ensure the safe transportation of high-voltage electrical equipment Line. It can regenerate and restore the aging transformer oil, transformer oil, circuit breaker oil, capacitor oil, cable oil and high voltage switch oil to reach the quality of new oil. It is an ideal filter equipment for the maintenance of power equipment and the installation of power transformer overhaul. The equipment also has the functions of transformer oil filling, circulating drying and filtering, transformer vacuum pumping and vacuum oil filling.
Product features:
1.The machine can be used in one machine for three purposes: vacuum system can be used independently for dehydration, degassing and impurity removal, regeneration system can be used independently, or both at the same time.
2.Effectively remove polar substances such as deep oxides and free carbon in the oil, and restore comprehensive indexes such as antioxidant property and water-solubility of acid and base of inferior oil.
3.It can deal with any grade of variable pressure oil on site. It has a special effect on purifying and treating all kinds of degraded insulating oil.
4.Advanced infrared liquid level control system, which can be operated off the machine.
5.Special precision oil pump, low noise, to meet environmental requirements. The oil feed and heating system are interlinked to avoid the adverse effects caused by migration.

7.Safe and reliable heating system, optimized pipeline design to ensure no "dead oil zone".
