Product Description

2BE1 series water ring vacuum pump is a high mussel energy product developed by our company in combination with imported magnetic technology. This series of vacuum pump is a single machine single action structure, which has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, reliable operation and high aiming energy. It is usually used to suck air or other gases insoluble in water, free of solid particles and non corrosive, so as to form a certain vacuum in a closed container. Equipped with clear motor, it can suck flammable and explosive gas. After the pump tree material is corrosion-resistant material or wrist rot MTS, it can suck corrosive gas to a certain extent.

1. The pump is mainly used for pumping gas without particles; the working medium is normal temperature clean water, and other media such as acid and alkali can be used for special requirements.

2. When working for a long time under suction pressure close to the limit vacuum, cavitation protection measures must be taken (such as connecting cavitation protection pipes) to avoid equipment damage.

3. Choose the appropriate transmission mode according to the model: belt drive is recommended for models below 50/52, and reducer drive should be selected for pumps 60 and above.

4. The installation foundation must be flat and stable; the pump cover can choose top or side inlet/exhaust ports according to the site conditions, and the unused ports should be sealed tightly.

5. Regularly check the bearing temperature and lubrication status, and replace the mechanical seal and shaft sleeve in time if leakage or abnormal wear is found.

6. The working fluid should be kept clean; if it is not recycled, the flow rate should be doubled as specified in the parameter table.

7. For corrosive working conditions, select the full stainless steel flow passage configuration; for explosion-proof requirements, explosion-proof motors or explosion-proof control boxes can be equipped.
