The 2BE1 series water ring vacuum pump is a high-efficiency, energy-saving product developed by our company using advanced imported technology. This single-stage, single-acting vacuum pump features a simple structure, convenient maintenance, reliable operation, and high energy efficiency. It is designed to extract air and other gases insoluble in water that are free of solid particles and non-corrosive, creating vacuum conditions in closed containers. When equipped with appropriate motors, it can handle flammable and explosive gases. With corrosion-resistant materials, it can also process corrosive gases to a certain extent.

The pump is primarily used for pumping particle-free gases; the working medium is normal temperature clean water, with other media such as acid and alkali available for special requirements.
When operating for extended periods near the limit vacuum, cavitation protection measures must be implemented (such as connecting cavitation protection pipes) to prevent equipment damage.
Select the appropriate transmission mode according to the model: belt drive is recommended for models below 50/52, while reducer drive should be selected for pumps 60 and above.
The installation foundation must be flat and stable; pump cover can feature top or side inlet/exhaust ports based on site conditions, with unused ports sealed tightly.
Regularly monitor bearing temperature and lubrication status, and promptly replace mechanical seals and shaft sleeves if leakage or abnormal wear is detected.
Maintain clean working fluid; if not recycled, flow rate should be doubled as specified in the parameter table.
For corrosive conditions, select full stainless steel flow passage configuration; for explosion-proof requirements, equip with explosion-proof motors or control boxes.
When exhaust pressure exceeds 0.02MPa (gauge pressure), appropriately increase motor power to avoid overload operation.
