Product Description

The 2BE3 series water (liquid) ring vacuum pump is a single-stage, single-acting vacuum pump upgraded from the 2BE1/A series, featuring large suction capacity, high efficiency and reliable operation. It adopts a unique PTFE valve plate structure instead of the traditional ball valve design, which can automatically adjust the exhaust area with the change of inlet pressure, avoiding overcompression in the vacuum system and reducing energy consumption significantly. The distribution plate and impeller are optimized designed, with no friction surface and oil-free lubrication, ensuring stable operation and low noise.

Key structural advantages include double-row tapered roller bearings imported from international renowned brands, which greatly enhance bearing capacity and extend service life compared to cylindrical ball bearings. The positioning connection between the pump body and the distribution plate is upgraded from "lip positioning" to "one side with two pins", ensuring precise radial clearance between the impeller and the pump body. The pump cover is designed with inlet and exhaust ports on both the top and side, and the side ports can be sealed with blind covers when the top ports are used, providing flexible installation options.

The impeller is made of ductile iron casting or steel plate welding, and the blades are formed by one-time stamping of steel plates, followed by overall heat treatment, which gives the blades excellent toughness and impact resistance, adapting to harsh working conditions. The pump body is welded with steel plates and machined, and all castings adopt resin sand casting and annealing treatment, ensuring good surface quality and heat dissipation effect without the need for surface greasing. The shaft sleeve is made of high-chromium stainless steel, whose service life is 5 times longer than that of ordinary materials. The unique upper-mounted steam-water separator saves space and effectively reduces noise, while imported mechanical seals (optional) ensure no leakage during long-term operation.

This series of vacuum pumps has a gas volume range of 4.8-450 m³/min and an ultimate vacuum degree of 33 hPa or 160 hPa, with an efficiency of 40-65%. The working medium is normal temperature clean water, and other media such as acid and alkali can also be used for special requirements.
