Technical Description
The XD series rotary vane vacuum pump features a single-stage rotary vane coupling structure with precision-processed core components and dynamic balancing for stable high-speed operation. The rotating vanes and pump cavities form sealed chambers to enable continuous suction, compression, and exhaust cycles, quickly establishing a stable vacuum environment suitable for rough to medium-high vacuum scenarios.
Equipped with an efficient air-cooling system that requires no water pipelines, the pump adapts to 5℃~40℃ ambient temperatures and maintains excellent heat dissipation in both intermittent and continuous operation modes. The built-in exhaust filter and oil-gas separation system effectively reduce exhaust noise and oil mist emissions, protecting both the working environment and medium purity.
The direct motor connection simplifies installation, while precise vibration control enables stable operation without anchor bolts, saving space and cost. The unique inlet check valve eliminates oil backflow when the pump stops, removing the need for additional vacuum stop valves.
