Vacuum Type Stringless Bean Fryer Machine Different Capacity With De-Oiling System

1). The equipment is made of 304 stainless steel, with steam as heating energy. It is automatic discharging and automatic temperature control. Automatic mixing can make the fried products are even, the color is bright and avoiding the mutual adhesion between products;
2). The specially designed water-ring vacuum system ensures a vacuum of -0.098 MPa, which can shorten the processing time and low oil content. The vacuum of the ordinary water-ring pump only reaches -0.096 MPa.
3). Pneumatic valve, no need for manual switch to avoid manual burns.
4). Set different frying temperature and de-oiling time for different products and different production processes.
5). According to different materials, you can choose a variety of frying methods: positive or negative rotation or stationary.
6). The de-oiling device adopts the motor of gear reduction and motor integration, which is directly connected with the basket shaft. It is quickly de-oiled and freely decelerated and stopped. There will be no slippage of the belt drive, ensuring the complete shape of the product, not breaking, and high yield.
