Product description
high viscosity Vacuum Planetary Mixer, It means that when the materials are under the vacuum condition, it make use of the high shear emulsifier to distribute one or several phases to another continuous phase rapidly and evenly. The materials will be processed in the narrow space between stator and rotor by strong energy of motion produced by the mechanical effect. By the operation of hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extruding, impacting, breaking, and turbulence for over 100 thousand times per minute, the materials will be dispersed and emulsified instantly and evenly. After reciprocating circulation ai high frequency, the fine finished products of stable and high quality without bubbles will be achieved.
Vacuum homogenizer mixer is an ideal option to produce high level skin care products, pharmacy ointment, and many other kinds of creams which need to be very soft and smooth. It has the functions of heating, mixing, scraping and vacuum supply. It has a very wide application from cosmetics (skin cream, hair color, lotion ect) and food (jam, chocolate, sauces ect) to pharmacy (ointment, syrup, paste) and chemicals(painting, adhesives, detergents).

Vacuum emulsifying main machine:

· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, CIP cleaning head, discharging port, dustproof respirator.
Water and oil pre-mixing tank
· High shear mixer 960rpm or slow mixer 60rpm
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pipeline for material transfer to main emulsifying machine
Vacuum system:
· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump
After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or rotor pump for material out.
