Vacuum Planetary Mixer description
This machine is consists of a preprocessing tank, vacuum emulsification stirring the pot, vacuum pump, hydraulic system, tilting material system, electric control system, working platform etc.
1) ABB/ Siemens/ SEW motor, Schneider/ Panasonic inverter, Schneider electric components, NSK bearing, international famous brands;
2) Machine material all SS304 or SS316L stainless steel, esp. suitable for high-end paste in cosmetics industry, food industry, pharmacy industry;
3) Integrated control of the main emulsifier tank, oil tank and water tank;
4) Main shaft went through static and dynamic balance test, with high precision;
5) Customized options: Vacuum system, temperature detecting; Customized auto control system; three-layer jacket for heating/cooling/insulation, etc.
Vacuum emulsifying mixer series High shear homogenizer adopt most advanced technology for rotor and stator precise positioning, which is the core technology for emulsifying effect. The whole machine system adopts hydraulic lift style, frequency converter speed adjusting system, easy to operation and maintenance. The bi-direction material absorption system makes good homogenizing effect. This model is widely used in liquid chemical, cosmetics, food beverage, papermaking, daily products industry.
Feature of Vacuum Planetary Mixer
1, High Quality Vacuum Mixing Emulsifying Machine: it is a high efficient German compound homogeneous emulsifier with shear teeth of special structure, shearing more times. its emulsification effect for materials which goes through the emulsifier is dozens of times than that of common ones.
