The VCAB0436-0187-00A adopts a direct-drive architecture, generating linear force through a permanent magnet assembly and coil interaction without mechanical transmission. This frictionless and backlash-free structure enables extremely smooth and linear motion, ensuring consistent and stable movement for micro-step scanning, multi-point measurement, and rapid trajectory adjustments. For high-magnification lenses, industrial cameras, or microscopic imaging systems, the motor maintains focusing accuracy and positional deviation within microns—or even lower.
In dynamic optical scanning processes such as panel inspection, lens curvature measurement, and wafer defect detection, the VCAB0436-0187-00A’s millisecond-level response significantly improves scanning efficiency.
